Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

a. Cancellation by Customer

More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund minus any processing fees.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the total rental amount will be refunded.
No-show (no cancellation or communication): No refund will be issued.

b. Cancellation by Travelleronwheels

If we must cancel your reservation due to vehicle unavailability, system error, or other unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

2. Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled drop-off date:

No refund will be issued for unused rental days unless agreed upon at the time of booking or in writing.

3. Vehicle Issues or Breakdowns

In the rare event of a mechanical issue not caused by misuse:

We will provide a replacement vehicle or refund the remaining unused rental period, at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable:

Administrative or processing fees
Late return fees
Cleaning or damage charges
Fuel surcharges (if the car is returned with less fuel than provided)

6. Modifications

If you need to reschedule your booking, we allow date changes up to 12 hours before your rental start time (subject to vehicle availability). No additional fees apply for the first change.
